These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Stockwell. By using Stockwell, you agree to these terms.
1. Account Terms
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
2. Subscriptions & Trials
Stockwell offers a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued access requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance according to the plan and currency selected.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Stockwell for unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful code, or to interfere with the service or other users.
4. Limitation of Liability
Stockwell is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stockwell’s liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
5. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stockwell after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
